We ship out orders daily from Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays.
If you purchased an item that is on back-order (stated on the product page), your orders will be shipped separately. If you opt for all items to be shipped out together, please to contact us and we would be glad to assist you.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer.
We will email you with instructions to make payment for your order’s shipping fee again. A photo of the unclaimed/undeliverable package can be sent if requested.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 10% restocking fee.
We will send up to two reminders for re-shipping. After 6 months, we reserve the right to withdraw the unclaimed/undeliverable orders without issuing a refund.
